Located in the heart of Dicky Beach, this architecturally designed and professionally styled beachside home has plenty of room for the whole family including your fur baby. With multiple living spaces, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms spread over two spacious levels, this private and fully-fenced home is perfectly positioned.
Less than 1 min walk to shops & pet-friendly cafes, and just a few minutes walk from a patrolled surf beach and surf club, BBQ area, playground and skatepark.

House Activities
Unwind indoors with a book from our collection, dozens of DVDs or enjoy a fun board game with the family. Outside, gather around the fire pit on cooler nights for a cozy evening. For active fun, we offer a half-court basketball court and a ping-pong table—perfect for some friendly competition with loved ones!
Guest access and Accessibility
The entire house is available to you (except one cupboard, which is for cleaning supplies). The lock-up garage can fit two cars, and you can also park on the driveway, as well as ample free street parking.
There are no steps at all via the garage access, which provides accessibility access to the kitchen, dining room, lounge room, bathroom, study, and the two queen bedrooms. There is a small step at the front door and another to access the back deck. A full staircase is used to access the bedroom with two single beds, master bedroom, ensuite, and balcony.
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, but approval depends on availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours in advance.
Around the area
You'll be just a short stroll away from cosy cafés, dine-in and takeaway restaurants, a pharmacy, a bottle shop, a mini supermarket and more. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the patrolled beach, with the Dicky Beach surf club also close by.
Various on-lead and off-lead dog beaches also a short walk away along with an off-leash dog park for your fur baby to run free.
A skatepark, BBQs and a kids playground are right near the beach entrance.
Currumindi Lake is a short walk way (or 5 mins drive if you want to pack the esky) which is great for small kids due to the calm and shallow waters.
There is a nearby bus stop including the 600 route which is the most frequent bus on the Sunshine Coast (every 15 mins or so) and heads to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Alexandra Heads and Kawana. Other destinations include University of Sunshine Coast, the SC University hospital, and Caloundra station.

Absolutely! We'd love for you to bring your furry friends with you.
The backyard is fully fenced, and there are a lot of pet-friendly cafes and restaurants nearby and both on-lead and off-lead beaches just minutes walk away.
We currently only use airbnb. However, we are looking to expand to other platforms and even direct bookings.
