Luxurious Beachside Retreat at Dicky Beach

Master Bedroom: King bed with daybed, ensuite, aircon and private balcony. This bedroom is on upper level Bed 2: Queen bed on ground floor Bed 3: Queen bed on ground floor Bed 4: 2 x king singles with additional trundle bed if required. This bedroom is on upper level and has aircon. A 3rd bed is full-sized single trundle bed that slides from under one of the single beds. There is a small study to setup your laptop for that "working holiday". Includes a chair, desk, monitors, docking station and keyboard and mouse. Outside: Heated swimming pool with two sun lounges Covered deck with comfy couch Separate covered patio with outdoor kitchen All surrounded by landscaped gardens and a fully fenced yard. The house is just a few minutes walk from a patrolled surf beach and surf club, BBQ area, playground and skatepark. Enjoy our heated pool for a more comfortable swim throughout much of the year. The heating system is designed to gently warm the water and extend the swimming season, making it more enjoyable during cooler weather. Please note that this is a swimming pool, not a spa, so the water is maintained at a comfortable swimming temperature rather than the warmer temperatures typically associated with hot tubs or baths. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions and the time of year. Other useful items include: Table Tennis table BBQ including tools Porta cot and high chair Board games and books DVD / Blu-ray Player with lots of DVDs Early check-in is often available when requested (no additional cost) but depends on the departure of previous guests and cleaners availability. Therefore we cannot confirm until closer to check-in day.

- Early check-ins and late checkouts are typically available at no additional cost but are subject to other guest bookings. Please consider these a bonus rather than an expectation. - No parties allowed at any time. Please be respectful to our neighbours during your stay. - Strictly no glass allowed in the pool or pool area. Please use the plastic/acrylic cups provided. - Although we are happy for your fur babies to come on holiday with you, we do not allow pets in the pool or on furniture. Please clean up after your pet in the yard and when on walks around the area. - Dogs must not bark or whine constantly whilst you are out. If your dog does not like to be left alone, please take them with you on your outings. - Charging of EVs is not permitted without prior consent. Limited use is available when requested. There are a few charging stations near the Woolworths in Caloundra. - Please be mindful when using air conditioners and turn off those as well as fans and lights when leaving the house. - Please use the outdoor shower to make sure sand is washed off before entering the house or pool. - If you use the BBQ, make sure the food and grease is scraped off the hotplate and that gas bottle is turned off after each use.

You'll be just a short stroll away from cosy cafés, dine in and takeaway restaurants, a pharmacy, a bottle shop, and a mini supermarket. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the patrolled beach, with the Dicky Beach Surf Club also close by. Various on-lead and off-lead dog beaches also a short walk away along with an off-leash dog park for your fur baby to run free. Unwind indoors with a book from our collection or enjoy a fun board game with the family. Please note that we do not accept schoolies groups and require the person booking to be at least 21 years of age.
